    • In order to really enjoy a dog, one doesn't merely try to train him to be semihuman. The point of it is to open oneself to the possibility of becoming partly a dog."

Puli Club of America Meet The Breeds Booth

duh! not applicable on gender basis.
Being bitchy is not a trait one would like to own up still If you do insist on my brand of bitchiness, then I am closest to the Puli. Pronounced as Poo-lee and not bully. It is a lively cheerful dog. Excellent family pets and will adapt to most circumstances and surrounding. They need to believe that they make their own rules. :) Wary of strangers they are not aggressive.
with this simile I draw your attention to a quote --
“Flattery is telling the other person precisely what he thinks about himself”
