      I'm 21 and I registered to vote as soon as I turned 18 and that was right before the 2008 election. I turned 18 on October and the elections were in November, so that was the last time I voted, on the past election. Will I vote this year? The answer is YES. If you have the right to vote then you should look at is as a privilege and a responsibility as a citizen.
