I would pick Athens. I went there back in the summer of 2003 as a student ambassador (along with a few other cities in Europe) and Athens was by far my favorite. I already know NYC and I want to venture outside of the US more like I did when I was younger. The people in Athens were very nice, and it was such a beautiful and peaceful place.
