- Learning to Worry~~and Fix Things
-
I try not to spend much time worrying about things. Worrying does not fix a problem or issue; it merely causes more stress, which in return usually causes the situation to progress in a negative manner. So, what is a person to do if worrying about something does not fix it? Well, for starters, make a plan to fix the issue at hand. Do not get me wrong~~I AM NOT A GOOD PLANNER. I am the queen at recognizing problems, but I lack the ability to slow my mind down long enough to thoroughly devise a successful plan that can be used to resolve a challenge. Some people spend their whole life being blind to reality and waste time worrying about obstacles that they indeed their self got their self into. Not me though...instead of avoiding reality I face it head on and simply waste my time recognizing each problem followed by jumping ahead of myself and recognizing another. Unfortunately this only leads to me never fixing a one of them. Well, that is not entirely true. There are many mountains in my life that I have climbed and for each and every one of them I am very proud of myself. At this moment, I guess the thing I am most worried about is the fact that I still have not got to a point in my life in which I have found an effective way to address problems. But hey, worrying ain't gonna fix the problem so I'll just keep trucking on through life knowing that one day I will have absolutely nothing to worry about what-so-ever.
