Miscellaneous recollections of being little.
A big house with lots of family, love and affection. Being overspoiled by my mother despite the fact she hardly had a penny to her name.
Being the oldest of all my cousins, birthday parties and having my brick towers repeatedly knocked down. I never got angry.
Reading aloud, and developing a Queen's English accent due to overexposure to 'Watch with Mother'.
Singing 'I'm a little teapot', exhibitionism in front of camera lenses which seemed to follow me everywhere.
Riding round in circles in the garden with a teacosy on my head, thinking I was the shizz.
Forcing people to drink cups of cold tea I'd made.
I'm starting to think tea is a theme here.
Car trips and holidays to the lake district. Being terrified of Bradley Bear, the holiday camp's huge fuzzy mascot.
Finding out I needed to wear glasses, having no friends until year 2, when a best friend meant a position to be elected to.
Embarrassment, lots of embarrasment.
Holidays to Disneyworld in Florida, heat, excitement, magic, and no thoughts of the future, whatsoever.
