    • Food is fuel for the body, pure and simple. . . . so why would it matter what the fuel looks like as long as it has the ingredients you need?

I'm a fan of not putting labels to what food is appropriate for what time of day.
If you want eggs in the evening, do it. You want a Hamburger for breakfast,
do it, as long as you eat when you need to for your health/activity you be good.
I mean seriously, why do we put labels and rules to whats right for this time of day?
the base rule for breakfast is: you need fat for the brain and some carbs,
so generally whole milk and a bagel will work.... so would a steak and corn.
just need the basic things needed not the object....make sense?
