Being a stay-at-home with three kids (7,2, and 4 months old) is not an easy job. Stressful but rewarding. I usually de-stress myself whenever my babies are having their nap time. I have read and learned from other mothers that whenever the kids are asleep, I should get some rest too but not for me. Resting is not for me. I get stressed more after a nap. So here's what I do to chillax, I play online games. That's it. Once my babies are up, I feel refreshed. Weird but good for me.
