    • In defense of my vice: TV set
    • Smashed TV-set

I am not so sure I understand what a vice is. I guess this is something bad for us or at least potentially bad for us that we do. Gambling, smoking, scotch, could be a few vices. While something's are obvious vices, others might be more culturely based. Television, video games. Wasting time. So my vice must currently be watching television. Bad television. Law and Order SVU reminds me that my character flaws are just that flaws. Not out right evil acts of aggression and violence. I admit that I frequently take very long breaks from watching the show. But it and others similar to it like CSI and the Mentalist all help me feel more human. They help me to realize especially after a crazy week that we are all human beings and as much as someone may be causin me grief in life, they are not murders rapists not these horrible subhumns depicted on Television. Televisin helped me reset my moral center during times when I had no religion or other help. As mad as people make me in the moment as depressing and I intrusive as acts may seem. People real ordinary people are all doing what they think is best. I thank Television for helping me when I was alone.
