    • I don't believe in healthy alternatives to things I really like. I'd rather eat what I want to eat but in smaller portions or less frequently than before than make due with something that doesn't taste as good. I once tried to make low calories macaroni and cheese with whole wheat pasta and ended up throwing it out (after attempting to interest my cats in it and failing) -- I'd rather have a small portion of the real thing! I'm not saying I don't eat healthy food (I'm a vegetarian), but certain things are sacrosanct.
