      None. Once you realize everything is bad for you anyway, you'll stop caring. There's no point in maintaining a diet. Your body is a facade. The only people that will NOT like you for your body shouldn't be liked anyway. You can eat ice cream, fast food, deep fried or anything else. Just don't eat 5 pounds of it and don't eat the 5 pounds of it everyday. Grow up.
