If, and that's great big if, I were a movie star,my contract rider would include the following: My personal dressing room would include in part, the following: Fresh strawberries and cherries, as well as sliced apples, bananas, watermelon, cantaloup, citrus fruit, dehydrated mangos, and papaya, as well as raw almonds, cashew nuts. I would also like a lovely dish with fresh organic vegetables all cut and ready

Everything I ate would have to be organic, and any meat I ate, which would be seldom, would also have to have been range fed, and never given hormones, or genetically modified grains, including corn or soy, or that new one, GMO alfalfa for animal feed. My people, would be in direct contact with the people who raised the meat for me, so I could be assured that they were properly raised, and well cared for. They would be slaughtered under the rules of kosher, properly drained of all blood.

Oh yes, and I would love to have a good champagne and coffee to drink with my delicious snacks and meals. Of course, I would share with guests and friends who may pop in for a visit, as well as with those kind and attentive people who do my hair and makeup, as well.

Of course, I have no real desire to be a movie star. It's still fun to dream, isn't it?
