How I love the rain...

A rainy day is my favorite day. I love the smell it brings with it. I love walking through the puddles as all my classmates proceed with caution around puddles. I love wearing jackets in the morning, then taking them off and running around in a top while people stare at me as if I am crazy. Rain makes me want to run. It puts me in a mood, makes me want a guy to kiss as the rain crashes down. Everything is fresh after the rain. My mind clears, everything seems to become simple.
The best rain is one that isn't expected. I love when a storm rolls in and the rain pours like it has been waiting forever. The excitement can be seen in my eyes. I wander to a window in my classroom and stare longingly, wishing that I was outside in it, taking in all it has to offer. I often get sick because of my habit of getting soaking wet time and time again throughout the day, but to me, it is worth it.
