Similarly to how I want to travel the world before I pick a place to stay for a while, I want to travel to most of the periods (with my current personality) and see how I would fare and enjoy different points of culture shock. I want to wear a corset and petticoats on a daily basis while putting a wig on my head, I want to experience Prohibition and be a flapper, I want to sing and dance in parks with my hippie ideals (like in "Hair"), I want to meet MC Hammer in his prime.

I feel like I could probably do most of these things now... BUT, why just be the sole "different" person when I can engage in these worlds with my community?
