• I roid out at the gym like all the time.
    • And I'm pretty sure I'm in shape. Or at least I damn well should be. I've been running like 15-20 miles per week and can be found huffing away at the gym almost every day. Also I recently stopped being a drunken lush so I think that's helping me out too.


      Running is the thing I do most frequently. I've gone back to reading Runner's World so I can learn tricks about how to improve at running longer, better, faster, stronger. If I'm not running then I'm on the stairmaster (hot buns), elliptical (not sure what it accomplishes) or doing awful interval work-outs on the bike. I also lift weights sometimes so I can get way buff. It makes me feel great when I'm walking down the street to know that if anybody messed with me, I could take 'im.

      In addition to the above listed activities, I also like to play highly competitive volleyball and tennis. I express myself through dance so I do that too. Mostly at nightclubs but occasionally at studios. My very favorite form of exercise though, assuming that couch sitting doesn't count, is swimming. I could swim all day all night. I never swim anymore because I belong to a nasty 24 hour fitness with a grotty pool. Sometimes my cousin takes me to the Olympic Club which is the greatest place ever. Their pool is killer.
