    • Running keeps me in shape
    • Now that the snow and ice are starting to let up, I'm hoping to get back to my 10K-three-times-a-week routine. I always feel better after a run. Plus, it gets me away the screen's blue glow for at least an hour. That, and I can continue eating all the crap I usually eat.
