Spiral Staircase

Deja vu feels heavy to me. Heavy and bright. Like I am weighed down by the realization that I have experienced this before and a bright light has be flicked on. It is like my body is doing all the things that it knows to do but I am on the inside watching it all happen. I think the heaviness comes from the idea that it feels like an out of body experience but I am inside my body instead. I'm interested to see what other people have said on this one.
