Moocher in jail.

My cellphone has made my life different, but not necessarily better. The convenience is wonderful, but the interruptions to a simpler life are prolific. I'm trying to develop and live by a personal "cellphone policy" that will make good use of the improved connectivity and communication without having my life dictated by its use.
