- Yoga make me healthier and sore, not necessarily in that order.

The core of my regimen is irregularity, as this ensures I will be sore for days...
At first I was hesitant to enter yoga land, strange and foreign as it seemed. I was SUPER intimidated. I took a space in the middle of the front and kept my eyes closed a lot.
My see-no-evil defense to scaryness faded eventually and I started going quite regularly. 3-5 times a week for a few months before moving across the country.
It turns out moving across the country puts a damper on things like this, as I was more concerned with places to live and being employed. And then there was the matter of becoming comfortable in a new place with new people while I contort myself.
Matters have gone smoother this time, but I only make it about once a week.
