    • Meditation, reflection...this expands on 2012's resolution. In 2012 I only meditated at home, but in 2013 I will take time during the busy work day for meditation. As a result more will be accomplished. Without quiet reflection I feel like I am spinning my wheels and not getting anywhere.

Before I am able to eat less and exercise more I need to visualize. Youth learn from actions more than words. Before I can be a good role model to the younger generations, I need to demonstrate self-control. Meditation brings peace necessary to slow heart rate, and reflect upon all the good things life has to offer. Thanksgiving will be celebrated everyday in 2013.

I love what you said above about youth that learns from actions more than words. Well, I am 23, and I am struggling to find my focus and stay balanced in life. Can you help me with some meditation for starters?
