Blogging is encouraging hospitality. Blogging is transforming. Blogging is a gift of the Holy Spirit. Why do I do what I do? Why do I write? I write in my private journal to find meaning from sacred scripture. The process is transforming. I start out as a bear and end up a kitten. When I write here I sometimes find myself inside the hardened sculpture after all the ice is chipped away. Here I am-transparent. My soul is opened again!

When I read your blogs I connect in a way I connect with family. Someday we will all get together and have a big banquet. We all have so many gifts to share. I hear your music and I smell your cooking, brothers and sisters.
