    • Pneumatic tubes should make a comeback

    • Because unlike the series of tubes that forms teh internets, pneumatic tubes can hold a burrito, or a wad of cash, or a tallboy.

      OK, you can kind of send money over the internet, but it isn't as fun. It does occasionally make that sucking sound.

    I was a Kaiser (the huge healthcare monolith) just the other day and they still had pneumatic tubes in the check-in office. I don't know if they are still operational, though. Also: I think Ted Stevens may have confused "Brazil" with reality.
    (Note to self: add Brazil to top of Netflix queue!)
