Oh man, I hate going without my cell. Once I thought I had left it in a friend's car (I had actually) but I couldn't even call her and ask her to check, because the only place I had her phone number was in my cell phone! It was torture. I had to email everyone and beg them to contact me on my husband's cell phone instead. I went all day without the phone, and felt like I had cut off a limb. It did teach me a valuable lesson about storing cell numbers in more than one spot though.

I've also just forgotten my cell at home before, and that was frustrating as hell. I would sit at work wanting to text or call people, then reach for my phone and realized I didn't have it. I felt like an addict going through withdrawal.
