Not telling the truth is sometimes necessary to keep the peace. It's best to avoid doing things you may have to lie about later but face it! Stuff happens! And when it does hurting people more than necessary is just ridiculous.

well, i believe in Jesus and he commands us to follow the way of truth so no i am not kidding, situations where you need to hide things in order to "keep the peace" or not hurt someones feelings are often situations you probably shouldn't be in anyways i am not claiming a perfect life. and i'm not going to say i never mess up, but what i am saying is that the way of truth within someones life is going to reap the most fruit. and its never good to avoid situations everyone needs to learn how to deal with the messes they are in or soon enough those situations will come back to bite you in the butt. at least thats how i see it.
