(First off; a note to the boiler room: I'm confused by this question. Why are you using radio buttons? I need checkboxes. I'd check all those things except "to protect someone's feelings". I need clarification on what that means.)
Anyway, I will answer this as honestly as possible:
It's okay to lie when the chance of someone believing you is greater than the chance they won't.
