While I do need a chandelier for my hallway, I would prefer a washer/dryer stackable combo any day.

I waste money at the nasty laundromat down the street. My clothes never get all the way clean and they get gross lint balls all over them. Homeless people sleep there and tumble dry their blankets in my business. No thanks!

*also maybe I'd like a view of something other than an alley, AKA restroom for Delirium patrons.
