There is this thing that my dad does when he watches tv: he puts his hands behind his head (that relaxing position) and feet on the table. I noticed that just a few months ago that I have been doing the exact same thing (I'm 18 and it took me this long to notice). Not only that, when we're watching TV together, we're like mirror images when it comes to positioning.
