Living in the suburbs is horrible. There's no real sense of community, even when everyone knows each other. There's no sense of character in the locale, since pretty much every house is the same save for the interior decoration. It's like factory-designed life, and I can't stand it!

I'd much rather live either in the urban core of a city, where social culture can be found and people are willing to actually accept their neighbours exist at all. Better yet, I'd rather live in a small town, not necessarily a rural one, but one where there is a real sense of community.

Suburbia is killing me.
