a shark is limited by its environment, ie - it has to be in water.. and a bear can swim.. so it seems the odds are on the bear.. but the shark is the king of its environment albeit limited by it.. so on land a bear would win.. but its a no-contest bout.. but if it were to be a real clash.. in an environment where both shark and bear can fight..

the shark would wipe its arse with the bear.
