it's at the northernmost part of the country. my cousin shot a movie there and when i saw it, i was captivated by the beautiful cliffs that overlook the ocean. a friend went there recently and she told me that the place was absolutely beautiful. the locals were friendly, the place safe. its cold but there's a beach.

actually, the pictures i've seen resembles pics of ireland. how cool is that?
