I hate talking to people, I am not the best people person though I have made strides to become more social. Too much talking would really annoy me and eventually drive to hysteria.

A starer I could at least look away and attempt to bury myself in a book or look at the window or stare back in an equally uncomfortable manner while sporting a queer little smirk.
