Tom Green show. Green travelled to his parent's home in Ottawa, Canada while they were out vacationing and decided to do a bit of...volunteer work.
The parent's home exterior was made of wood plank, the type of house you'd see from the 60s. Him and his entourage proceeded to take paint and color the house plaid, like school girl quilt plaid. The house at the end looked a like green/yellow/blue gift wrap and he added a bow on top. To add insult to injury, he threw barn animals in every room of the house. In the master bedroom, he placed a cow. You can only imagine when the parents came home. I suspect they're quite used to his idiocy.
and that was one of the greatest pranks I've ever seen on TV.
