Dehydrator In Motion

When I was youngish I got my Mom to buy me a Ronco food dehydrator for my birthday or something. The day we got it we set it up and were going to make apple and banana chips and raisins. I was so excited to take my own home made snacks to school in my lunch!!! When we awoke the next morning the entire stupid thing had melted, collapsed onto itself and filled the house with a the delicious smell of burnt plastic! What a disappointment! I was mortified on every level.
