I didn't know it would be a bad idea. I was only 12. My mother however should have perhaps twigged to the idea that watching a movie about transexual aliens might just be slightly awkward.

I absolutely love the movie now. But there is nothing more awkward than sitting with your mother while Tim Curry does some porking. O.o Nuff said.
