Alligator? Really? I'm fairly new to Florida and the only places I know that prepare alligator are seedy. So I've never had the moxie to try it. Do you make it? Order it somewhere?

Lobster is high in protein and low in fat. It is also a beneficial source of Omega-3 fatty acids which are healthy for the heart and reduce the growth rate of plaque... So, enjoy your lobster feast!

My Mom loves lobster. I mean she really LOVES lobster. It's her favorite dinner meal. If she were to answer this question, that would probably be her answer.
You have quite the experienced palette there. My Dad travels the world and he's eaten everything from squid to scorpion. Glad to know he's not the only one to try weird foods. I was beginning to wonder about him ;)

Ahh, lobster. Nearly makes me change my mind about Irish pub food! Thanks for the follow. I look forward to reading more of you, as well. :)

Jess, I have had alligator from seafood restaurants. I like it blackened or fried. It is similar to clams in texture, a bit chewy, but has a spicy flavor to it.

I love alligator. There are a couple of places nearby that prepare it fast-food style. So, have you ever thought of moving closer to the ocean than OK in order to sate your seafood fetish? My vegan girlfriend always makes an exception for lobster, so I think she would agree with you.
