You've got two scrawny arms; he's got four beefy ones. Need the roof punched open and something to carry you up or down along the elevator cable to a safe floor? Machamp is, undoubtedly, your man.

If you've seen even one of his far-too-numerous TV episodes, you'll know Macguyver can escape from an elevator--no, a BURNING elevator, filled with toxic gases that can explode on the slightest contact with a spark--in around four seconds with whatever you've got in your pocket. Assuming you carry anything in your jacket, you can hand it off to the GMan and fly off to your safety in style--assuming paperclip/kleenex/life saver tow ropes count as style.
