LOST: Traffic Lights

I am famous for a time back in 1992 when I was attending summer camp. After lunch one afternoon, the camp director did Lost & Found, and while other campers were raising their hands claiming to have lost their Walkman, soccer ball, etc., I was busy coming up with something even more creative. Sure, we had a few campers raise their hand and claim to have lost their mind, lost their marbles, or whatever.

I proudly raised my hand, and when called upon, I said that I lost my virginity. The entire camp burst out in laughter. Even the owner of the camp was laughing so hard that he spit out his dessert.

The camp director was the only one who didn't have a sense of humor at that very moment, and following lunch, he really chewed me out.

But after all, well after some 10 years later, folks are still talking about it, and that's all that matters.
