What's the longest-distance relationship you maintain (or ever have)?

We email, skype and phone with occassional visits to make our 20 year friendship work.

However, when I was in grad school, my now husband lived in KY while I was in NC. We talked on the phone every night and visited every couple of months. It was very hard, and I wouldn't want to do it again.
