Did phone tech support in high school for Apple Canada customers - double-click this, reboot that, disable those extensions, etc etc. Was a pretty sweet gig, except when I had to speak to customers in French - my elementary school French classes were no match for dealing with an angry, cursing Quebecois dealing with a broken computer.
