Actually, it wasn't on the internet, it was on a talk radio station here in Phoenix. They said the Gov was adding more speed cameras on the freeway and that they were reducing the "grace" speed from 10 miles over to 5 miles over the limit, you would get a ticket.

I was ON the freeway when I heard it and had just blown by about 15 different cameras, going you guessed it 9 miles over. I thought FOR SURE I would be getting a mountain of tickets in the mail over the next few days.

But, the good of this is it made me SO paranoid that I just go the speed limit all the time now, the bad of this is I get run over by all the other cars.
