Well, considering it's not really interesting what will really happen in the next act of my life (sadness, loneliness, many hours of work...), I've decided to make up what I want to happen.

Scene: Rainy, cool night with a beautiful moon and a multitude of stars as the only source of illumination. ME on swings.

Enter ME, meek, not very attractive, average smile, average eyes, poor fashion sense.

Enter GUY, attractive, killer smile, great eyes.

GUY walks up to ME. Sits on swing next to ME.

Insert dialogue I think is witty at the time, but after careful reflection, I realize that it is really dull. Somehow, I still get a laugh. Know that he’s completely out of my league, but want him more than anything else at the moment.
Insert dialogue about how the moon and stars are gorgeous. Talk about how much fun was had that evening.

Conversation about his most recent girl. ME says she wasn’t good enough for him. GUY smiles back and agrees.

After staring into the sky for a while, swinging to and fro, ME looks at GUY. Realizes that GUY is thinking about girl and goes home.

Well, damn. I guess I don’t even get the guy in my own fictional stories. Maybe this IS the next act... but I don't think you'd want to watch. But if you do, stick around - this play has a frequent run!

Hmm, I don't think the GUY would have sat next to you on a moonlit night had he not been slightly interested. This ME person should climb on his swing to see what happens next ,-)
