While Plaxico Burress, Biggie Smalls or Bishop Don "Magic" Juan might have made a splash when you entered the club, they just couldn't compete with the most feared law enforcement official in American history. Don't tell me it wouldn't count because he's dead. Hoover had dirt on everyone, including (I suspect) the Angel of Death. They probably reached some kind of understanding.
