Obviously they are in control because the US, Russia, and China have built these monstrous creatures and it is only a matter of time before they are unleashed. These robots ARE the WMD the gov't was "looking" for (really hiding!!!) They control the earth through fear. This is why none of these countries have launched nukes because they fear who has the best robot (obviously it's Russia.) Fear will always prevail.
