I had to think for a bit on that. I am a grumpy old fart, and frequently irritated, but of the things that actally OFFEND me, most have one thing in common: an agressive intent to offend. If you want to offend me, you probably do.

Greed
When you take more than anyone could foreseeably need, someone should stop you, whether you're a toddler with candy or a multinational with funds.

Abuse of Power
On any level. Paper clips and hall passes, or life and death. The school bully, the despot, the censor, and the rapist; the abusive parent or the world leader who murders with other people's hands.
