What brought me to this point? Well, without a marriage and the subsequent divorce, I'd be a housewife with fourteen kids living in Upstate NY. But, thankfully, the divorce worked out well, and I packed up my things to follow a life long dream. So here I am, working on my PhD and living a happy (albeit poor) life.
