      Cold Stone Creamery is a chain ice cream store. They make their own ice cream. You can choose as many add-ins as you like, and they fold the ice cream and add-ins together. I usually go for two: Try cocunut flakes and brownie pieces in sweet cream; or brownie chunks and almonds in mint ice cream; or pecans and strawberries in banana ice cream; or birthday cake or cookie dough etc etc. They have several flavors of ice cream, fruits, candies, baked goods, nuts, and other add-ins. Delicious!

      Of course, it's like $5 for a cup of ice cream. And the cup is generous enough that it eats like a meal. So it is less a dessert place than an alternative dining establishment.

    Alternative dining establishment! Nice.I do strawberries, gooey brownie, and waffle cone pieces (for texture and for num-nums) on vanilla at the frozen yogurt place. I am unsure where the nearest cold stone is. I hope this non-ice cream comment doesn't seem sacrilegious to you.
