There were red flags about Ross from the very beginning. However, it was amazing that after he officially ended things in 12/10/2008, my life started to get better. Of course, I have no doubt that he had already replaced me or was cheating on me or something b/c he was -- in hindsight -- a sad low-self-esteemed confused child, but the bottom line is that my physical health began to improve, my emotional health began to improve, and in general I just started to feel better about my life. I even managed to somehow avoid my usual wintertime major respiratory illness as well as my usual early spring mega-allergy attack.

Maybe there's something to this concept of reducing the stress in one's life by removing toxic influences. Good riddance to you, Ross.
