Gourmet Grilled Cheese
One time, my uncle met me for lunch at the Ritz Hotel in Chicago over my lunch break. I remember not being able to decipher their menu and just picked out the least expensive and most edible sounding thing. The Gourmet Grilled Cheese.

On some nice toast was some fancy and delicious cheese, and a poached egg. What? I know...weird combo but who knew it'd be amazing. It sounds so fancy but it's really not hard to make at all and it's added protein!
