so. i have determined that ridley scott has figured out how to direct drugs, as many of his movies can be watched over and over and over and over again. blade runner, gladiator, legend, alien, thelma & louise, matchstick men, american gangster. . . .

but then again, as i have probably explained on this forum before, i have many issues when it comes to movies. i have been known to watch a movie, let the credits roll & then have it start up again, just to watch it for a second time. . (a memorable occasion was with dazed & confused, where my roommate was very confused on why i was going to watch the same movie again.)

in college, my roommate & i would repeatedly watch bio dome and night at the roxbury. don't ask me why, as i honestly don't know. . it's not like they were great movies or anything. . .

and then lastly, there is my husband who will get stuck on movies & we will watch them on a weekly/biweekly basis for months: the mummy movies, the departed, equilibrium, iron man, the batmans, and on and on and on.

to sum it up. we own over 850 movies. we don't rent, we buy. we don't want to watch a movie just once, we love our movies.
