    • Indulgence or lack of intelligence, both should be a crime

Having children when you aren't intelligent enough to be a parent should be a crime. I am not thinking that you need to be a genius to be a parent, but there should be some sort of controls on it. An ability to govern a child dictates how that child will grow up and perform as an adult in their own lives. Really what it comes down to is the crime indulgence. Allowing the child to do what the want when they want, where they want... because you don't a) care, b) want to cause a "ruckus" c) want to upset the child, or d) all of the above. It results in adults who don't have a full grasp on reality.

I would have to agree on you there, I'm a parent myself, and it really amazes me when, a mother of a bully child cause my children's toy to break or interrupts them or tries to drive them away from the swings, and the other parent sees what their child is doing, but just looks and turns away just to continue their socializing and mindless chatters about neighbors and stuff. There should be a thin line between being and acting a child and being a brat. I practice discipline with my daughter when she tries to be bratty on me or her peers.
