Every summer, my Mom makes Fried Jersey Tomatoes with bacon gravy and silver queen corn on the cob slathered with butter and pepper. Can't you just hear your arteries hardening? Ahhh...summers in SoJersey. I miss them. Now to enjoy this summer feast, I must endure 3 hours of the not-so-friendly skies at the tune of at least 200-300 bucks, then hope I don't get eaten myself by mosquitoes the size of horse flies. It's so worth it!
